Family Resource
The customers of MHDS, Inc. include not only the client that is served, but their family members as well. At MHDS, Inc. we strive to provide professional and courteous services to all of our families.
Client Attendance is a crucial aspect of our ability to provide services. Our state and federal funding is dependent on the client being in attendance at the Day Program and/or Residential Facility. We encourage all clients and family members to make an effort to attend their respective program consistently. When the client is absent, we do not receive our funding for that client that day although all of our costs continue.
We encourage Residential Client family members to communicate with your assigned Team Leader to make arrangements for holiday absences or other overnight stays.
